The National "Core Fire" innovation and entrepreneurship Base (platform) is implemented by the
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in accordance with the strategic deployment of
The State Council's "Outline for Promoting the Development of The National Integrated Circuit
Industry", firmly adhering to the purpose of serving the innovation and entrepreneurship of
integrated circuit design enterprises, and promoting the optimal allocation, open sharing and
efficient utilization of scientific and technological resources. With the effective
transformation of scientific and technological achievements as the starting point, we should
strategically promote the construction of a technological innovation system in the field of IC
design in China, which takes enterprises as the main body, market as the guide and combines
production, learning, research and application.
As one of the first batch of national "Core Fire" entrepreneurship and innovation platforms, Nanjing National "Core Fire" Entrepreneurship and innovation platform relies on Nanjing Integrated Circuit Industry Service Center (ICisC) and Nanjing Integrated Circuit Training Base (NICT) to integrate industry and education, link supply and demand, promote research and application, link core machine, and receive production and gold as construction tasks, to help the region to build industrial ecology.
